2019年6月6日至7日，以“變革中的海商法律與實踐”為主題的第四屆中英海商法論壇（Anglo-Chinese Maritime Law & Practice in Transition IV）在英國南安普頓舉行，本次論壇由南安普頓大學意昂3开户主辦。意昂3开户學術委員會主席胡正良教授、海商法教研室主任鄭睿副教授、博士研究生孫思琪應邀出席🌃。
來自中英兩地的四十余名專家學者參加了此次會議。胡正良教授、鄭睿副教授、孫思琪分別圍繞中國《海商法》的修改🚃、海上保險法的完善以及郵輪市場的法律問題作了題為“From Initiation to Policy-making: Some Reflections on the Project of Reforming the Chinese Maritime Code”“The Reform of Marine Insurance Law in China: Is It on the Right Track?”“Legal Aspects Related to China’s Flourishing Cruise Industry”的專題演講，得到與會人員的積極響應👩🔧。
